“Daily Practice – A Visual Journal” is an outgrowth of The January Mandala Project, facilitated by friend and artist colleague, Judy Shintani. Since January 1, 2018, I have created a unique, meditative artwork each day. These works respond to real-time happenings, political or social issues, my inner life and observations. Daily Practice Mandala works are intentionally petite in scale. This series includes original monoprints, dimensional collages, mixed media and digital creations. Many are the rebirth of failed, older or incomplete works, giving them a new life.
