Color Coded : Nicollette Smith

One of my earliest memories was staring at the rainbows that sunlight projects through prisms. There was a purity in gazing at colors directly from the source. 

This project is three years in the making and is broken into three stages: 

1. Prism Photos - Intrigued by lenticular nature of colors photographed through crystal 

2. Crystals -I was once told you could see Lemuria by gazing into a perfect triangle on a crystal 

3. Shri Yantra - Using divine tools to look for truth in color and math

I became intrigued with triangles alongside becoming obsessed with the way colors fade into each other. 

I wanted to expand my photography into collage in more abstract ways while exploring the mysteries of crystals and they’re “consciousness”
