Refund policy
Return Policy: We are not accepting any items for return. Exchanges only within two weeks of the sale No Exchanges on fine art or one of a kind items. No cash refunds.
For an item to be considered for an exchange it must be in its original condition.
A 10% fee will be charged for all returns.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, food, and health & personal care items
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Workshops
Workshops are fully refundable up to two weeks prior to workshop date. No Refunds or store credit after14 days prior to workshop date. Force Majeure: No refunds due to cancellation of a workshop or event due conditions beyond our control, ie. weather, earthquake, or other natural disasters. Refunds are given at the discretion of Abrams Claghorn.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return.
Shipping
We do not provide shipping for any items Except for items in the current gallery exhibit. Shipping on those items will be charged separately after the item is packed and a quote is received from the shipper. No returns on items purchased from our gallery exhibits or shipped items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
