This image reflects the unity of everything on our living planet, the interconnectedness between humans and the land, and especially the unity visual artists express between themselves and the land. It was created during NCWCA’s Art Tag retreat at Ghost Ranch, New Mexico, where Georgia O’Keeffe lived and painted. The collaged imagery incorporates artwork by myself and others to express unity with, and the sacredness of, the vistas that O’Keeffe loved. I hope they inspire a sense of urgency to protect our beloved planet.
