Dawn reveals the world and suggests the potential of the coming day. These photos are from my recent series “Dawn and Dusk at the Bay - Where Nature and the Built Environment Meet”. Dawn is a moment of transition, before the happenings of the day. I found it is worth rising early to see the bloom brought by daybreak. The quality of light and the stillness of the air reveal something simple, yet profound: the dawn of another beautiful day. In this series, I explored the urban edge at San Francisco Bay, where human and natural elements collide.
