Artist Statement

My photographic eye is rooted in storytelling—capturing images that evoke emotion and connection. I strive to create visual narratives that draw viewers in and make them feel part of the moment. I am submitting two photographs that portray the human elements of craving:

Café Olimpico, Montreal
This photograph captures a moment of emotional gravity between two people caught in the pull of what they want but can’t quite express. His inward collapse and her urgent stillness reveal a craving for connection, clarity, or release. The table becomes a charged place where restraint and longing meet. The image reflects the quiet hunger that lives in relationships — the unspoken desires, unresolved histories, and the magnetic forces that keep us returning to one another.
