This is the moment of birth from my perspective: my tired beige limbs against a rich warm sienna. Once her head was out, she swam and danced from my own body effortlessly. She wailed and glistened in purple and pink, like a fish evolving for the outer landscape of my body. Her eyes opened wide, taking in her surroundings while I saw only her.
