I wish to celebrate the continuing history of strong women leaders, (illustrated here are Angela Davis and Patti Smith), and tie together the concepts of nature and habitat preservation with social justice and equality movements. Through this imagery, I seek a deeper connection to what it means to be a woman who is a steward of this Earth.
