COLORQUEEN was born out of my love for all things creative, colorful, and vibrant in this world. I am a mixed race woman of color living in Oakland, CA. Our city is always bursting with creativity and flavor and has served as a source of my inspiration for many years. I've spent the last 20 years of my career as a musician and music educator. Most recently, I discovered my love for painting and travel photography and decided to create a platform where all of my creative voices could be represented. Here's a look into my world and how I strive to express beauty. I hope my journey encourages you to explore your own creativity.
