One of the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves is the act of writing a love letter. It’s a profound and moving experience — one that can shift how we see ourselves and even how others see us.

In this Love Letters Workshop, you’ll be invited to explore different expressions of love through writing: a love letter to yourself, to someone dear, to a departed loved one, or even to your younger self. With gentle guidance and thoughtful prompts, you’ll have the space and support to make this a truly meaningful experience.

Led by one of our very own Art Heart Club Members Jan Yaffe, a practicing psychotherapist with 45 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, this workshop is designed to help you cultivate self-compassion, abundance, and lovingkindness. It’s a beautiful opportunity to connect with your heart — and give yourself the greatest gift of all.
