Crochet Keychain (all skill levels) [Yarn and Embroidery Floss]
In this workshop students will learn how to crochet a small seasonal themed keychain. They will learn basic crochet stitches and concepts such as single crochet, double crochet, and magic ring, as well as Tunisian crochet stitches and concepts such as forward/back pass and double simple stitch.
At the end of class students will have created at least one crochet keychain and a broader knowledge of crochet anatomy.
Maya Terrell is a lifelong artist living, working, and finding inspiration in her Oakland hometown. While apprenticing under lauded Chicago native Fan Lee Warren, she developed a strong appreciation for translating life to paper whilst maintaining its core meaning and identity. Throughout her artistic journey she’s found a love for clay, crochet, quilting, and helping people along on their creative path.
