Global Warming: Paying Attention,” geometry and social issues from my architectural career influence the abstract feel and timely message. My hand weavings integrate hand spun and natural dyed wools and mohair. Although weaving is an ancient practice with many techniques, this carpet, focusing on the planet's need for our attention, was woven on a Harrisville Rug Loom, (USA) designed only 30 years ago by the late weaver Peter Collingwood.
