I am a Canadian transplant from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – it’s a real place ☺. I have been painting and teaching in the Bay Area for two years. I have formal education in drawing and printmaking (lithography) but I moved over to watercolor four years ago and haven’t looked back. I work as a full-time artist & art educator based out of San Francisco. Nearly half of my days are spent creating pet portraits for their loving owners and I absolutely love it. Art-making is therapeutic and I teach workshops & classes in a way that makes even beginners feel welcome and relaxed. I love teaching beginners and watching kids & adults come into their own creative space.
