Found Objects Drawing Workshop
Goal: Bring home fun felted ornaments/garland for holiday decorations
Blurb: Family friendly, bring yourself and your enthusiasm! Maybe ask people to bring a picture
of something felted that inspires them/they think is cool
Loose Structure:
-Icebreaker! name share
-Go over origins of felting (wet vs dry felting), felting basics, how to use tools,
demonstration, examples to pass around
-if people are very new, start with felting a little ball
-option to draw out design
-Begin felting!
-food break if needed, less structure though probably
Chloe just moved to the bay and loves to draw, befriend neighborhood cats, and dance. They
work as a tattoo artist in an Oakland studio, and have a passion for making art feel fun and
accessible to all! Some projects that Chloe has loved recently are working on a staircase chalk
mural in Santa Cruz, personalizing all their clothes with bleach paint and sewing bike frame
bags.
Workshops are fully refundable up to two weeks prior to workshop date. No Refunds within 14 days of the workshop date. Force Majeure: No refunds due to cancellation of a workshop or event due conditions beyond our control, ie. weather, earthquake, or other natural disasters. Refunds are given at the discretion of Abrams Claghorn.
